Top Places to get into an Art Career

There are regional barriers that limit jobs. You can't be a surfboard seller in Alaska and you can't expect to sell heavy winter coats in Florida year round. But with art careers it is the same concept. You have to be prepared to move where the money is, and if your location changes its just with what the country wants. Here's a few cities in the country that have high success.

Saint Louis Missouri is one of these places. High in culture and a "Gateway" city. One could expect to earn enough bang for their buck here.
Minneapolis Minnesota is a high arts culture area, with just enough spunk and life to encourage the flourish of the arts. One can expect to run into an
Art student or two as well.
Austin Texas in the highest succeeding city, its robust and people are very cultural due to the closeness to the Mexican border.
